When David – the project manager – and his team came to our house, they evaluated our roof and showed me the issues. They explained to me that I needed a new roof for our house. Then, David gave me a detailed explanation of what is needed to fix the roof and he gave me an estimate upfront. When his team came to start the work, they were very professional: they covered the AC unit, replaced all the damaged woods, replaced all the damaged tiles, and they changed all the vents. They also moved all the originals tiles (which are slightly different from the new tiles) in the front of the house and kept the new tiles in the back of the roof. The original tiles are not in stores anymore. At the end of the day, the team cleaned up the debris and blew up the dust before they left.
