Within days of purchasing my home, I had 3 leaks in the roof after a heavy rain. I called two companies asking for estimates; Mike, the owner of Above it All Roofing, came over within a day and gave a quote for replacing the roof. A few days later, the second roofing company confirmed Mike’s recommendation to replace the roof instead of just patching it. Mike won my business by his understanding of my roofing situation and his ability to clearly explain what was wrong with the roof and how it could be best repaired. His contracts were detailed and everything we talked about was included in the contract. His prices were competitive. When comparing Above It All Roofing to their competitors, Above it All Roofing identified the problem, showed outstanding workmanship and paid careful attention to detail. Any and all warranties were verbally explained to me and were included in the contract. It was made clear that the warranties would not be transferable if I sold the property. Above it All Roofing also installed two tube lights and two solar attic fans (that I provided) at a very good price. Two weeks after the completion of the work, I had a question about the an area of the roof and Mike personally came over, looked at the roof, and provided explanations to my questions. Additionally, the job started on the day they said it would, and the roofers arrived punctually every day of work.
