I called and set up an appointment for an estimate.  Scott came right on time and made an estimate, explained the options.  I was concerned about any damage to the roof caused by many leaks. He explained the added costs if a lot of damage was found. The job started a couple days late due to rain but Scott called and let me know exactly was was happening.  The crew started every day between 8-9AM  and worked till near dark.  One day when rain was forecast for the next day they work a hour after dark making sure everything was covered and sealed so no more leaks.  At the end of everyday they  cleaned up the area, swept up any nails and debris.  Scott came by to check the work regularly.  I called him several times with questions and he returned my call within 10 minutes everytime. Scott was excellent answering all my questions and going the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the job.  When the job was finished and it came time to pay the bill, it was right on as estimated no ups or extras.
I chose this company because of the good reviews on angies list and am very happy to give them another one.
