Tile resetting and power wash
His crew took the existing concrete tiles off, installed 2 layers of 30 lb felt, reinstalled the tiles and power-washed them.  Also, they installed 3 dormers.
It took only 3 days to complete the job.

Originally, I was planning to replace the existing tile roof.  However, Mike of Above it All Roofing told me that the existing concrete tiles could last for a long long time and did not need to be replaced.  So we decided to have them power washed.  This saved us about $4,000. 
I am very happy with the price and their work.
