Fountain Valley
Jay came out and gave us an estimate. He arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He left us with samples of the different roofing colors and was far more thorough than the others contractors who gave us estimates.
The job was scheduled and had to be delayed twice due to rain. Each time, Jay was very accessible and we always knew exactly what was going on. When the job finally did begin, there was a 10% chance of rain on day two. Jay had his crew cover our roof in plastic so as not to have any chance of moisture affecting our new sheeting. Throughout the job, Jay was always willing to go the extra step to make sure the job was done well.
The crew installed four new solatubes and two new skylights before finishing up the new roofing tile. Ruben was the foreman at the site and, like Jay, he was focused on making sure the job was done right.
We had a couple of hiccups along the way, as these types of jobs often do. Jay always responded promptly and took care of whatever issues arose. He is very much a “the buck stops here” kind of guy and we appreciated that.
In the end, the roof looks great, the skylights are beautiful, and the solatubes were done well. The crew even installed extra dormer vents, including one in the garage where there was previously none, so our house is cooler and more efficient than it used to be.
Above It All Roofing does a quality job. And if any issues arise, you can be sure that they will be taken care of by professionals like Jay. You can’t ask for more than that. Thanks, guys.
